At TB Electric, we want you to be fully charged with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your TB Electric account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
